Who We Are

Thrive was birthed out of a culmination of needs assessments across a plethora of agencies and work environments. Our CEO and Founder, Marvin McFadden, saw that he could utilize his abundance of skills and many years of knowledge to reach the much-starved audiences which service our industries and communities. As he began to infiltrate these societies, he especially enjoyed the flexibility of cross-training and forming intimate, professional relationships with his audiences and the C-Suite staff which often calls upon him repeatedly.

Thrive’s Instructors possess over 70 years of training mastery which we use to create a compilation of forward-thinking disciplines. Many individuals and organizations have found investing in Thrive’s training and development programs imperative to their overall longevity and growth. Thrive has proven that training makes individuals and companies more attractive in this competitive world. Thrive offers over 200 SoftSkill (non-technical skills, abilities, traits that workers need to function) and Technical Safety (specific solutions necessary to reduce risks) courses in critical subject areas including compliance, communication, leadership, health and safety, and many more. We offer a variety of supplemental materials such as workbooks, infographics, fact sheets, and handouts to save time and help deliver a truly blended learning experience for all our audiences.
